    Before Asking For A Commission

What I Will and Will NOT Draw

I reserve the right to refuse to do a commission if I am unable to do it properly, or if I am uncomfortable with the content. If you're not sure if I'd accept your idea, please talk to me!

    Commission Details:

Please provide a short description and visual reference of your character. Include their general vibe, motivations, physical appearance (costume/props/fashion preferences) and pose. Colored references are PREFERRED but not NECESSARY. Please link an image gallery when submitting a request form.

References help speed up the drawing process for me. If I have to create your character from scratch, I will charge it as a character design (see price page).

Keep in mind that the prices are just for the characters themselves. Props might cost extra depending on complexity. (If it's a minor prop that doesn't take too much time to draw, it will be free)

Once I've reviewed all the details and everything looks good, you can order your commission request of your choice.

    Commission Process

After receiving your payment, I will give you a start date, sketch approval date and an estimated completion date (14 - 60 business days depending on complexity).

Sketch approval dates are usually 2 - 3 days after giving you a start date.

Revisions for the sketch approval are permitted as long as it does not exceed 3 minor revisions. Anything more than that will cost extra. Please keep in mind that the final completion date will be affected depending on the revisions that have been requested.

I generally do not permit any more revisions once I start rendering the artwork. If you decide to have any more revisions after I start coloring, an additional 50% of the total cost of the commission needs to be paid for me to be able to do it.

I will be sending the full resolution file via email or a link through Discord/Twitter on the estimated completion date. Both the printable version and the low resolution version will be sent.

    Turnaround Times

Depending on my current commission queues, commission complexity and revisions, artwork completion can range from 2 weeks to 2 months for it to be completed from the start date. I try to send weekly updates to my clients to show them the progress of their commission requests. However, if you have a hard deadline, please do not hesitate to let me know Deadlines are reasonable but tight deadlines will incur additional charges.

My schedule can be hectic, and it may take longer than stated to finish a commission. Please understand that I will be working on other projects between commissions. That being said, checking up the progress of your commission is fine, but please refrain from rushing. If you want to check progress, check out the queue.
